How to not stunt growth while cutting weight

I want to cut weight and lose fat quick but don’t want to stunt growth (14m 6ft 171lb) how much of calorie deficit would be safe

stunt growth doesnt exist
u can only reduce growth u cant stunt

yes it will reduce ur growth alot ur weight normal for ur height i have same weight with 5 inch shorter height and look normal

wait to lose wieght who cares about the fact that you are fat, you are 14 is normal, just wait, and you are not 6ft at 14 stop the cap

Unless ur actually starving urself you prob wont stunt growht that much.
