How to posture max?

My posture is so ass I've just noticed, I'm already fat which worsenes it even more but ik working on losing it.
But again, it's so fucking trash i could be losing from 1 to 2 inches of fucking height.
And recently it has been annoying.

While I'm recessed a bit I'm not that bad, also thankfully over the last 3 months it somehow getting better

Yes, You can’t force the body into an upright, straight- spined form when it developed curved and forward in the first place as compensation for the weak jaw. Forward head posture opens up the airway for people who have narrow ones, so it's extremely difficult for them to assume correct posture unless they are actually conscious of it every millisecond of the day

Yes but there is still a level in which you can better your posture since you can still go from shit to middling, posture, I'm not asking for perfect
