Im in late puberty and can’t really sleep good
Any advice ?

just the fundamentals bro. cold room, do alot throughout the day, avoid screentime an hour before bed, and your last meal should be 3 hours before bed. melatonin will also help.

im in puberty too and i had some issues with sleeping and people here helped me with it. Use melatonin + magnesium glycinate, they are supplements so u can buy it from anywhere. Also, stay away from blue light 1 hour-30 min before bed+dont eat for like 1 hour before the bed+do something in the day that can tires your body/brain (like working out or studying).Dont use caffeine 3-4 hour before the bed. Also, low cortisol can help so dont try to think too much before going to bed, or just take ashwaganda.

Melatonin should only be used for a 3-4 days for a hard reset IMO
 
No one’s mentioned it but Santa Cruz Paleos deep sleep capsules helped me when I was resetting my sleep schedule.
