Melatonin, large doses

just don’t sleep at all the next day

gabapentin or melatonin

im a sleepapneacel so i got experience with this sadly

for melatonin take like 2mg at 8pm, then take another 1mg at 10pm as you get into bed

gabapentin 200mg at 8pm, 100mg at 10mg

i keep a smaller pill next to me cuz sometimes i wake up at 2-3am full of energy, so i take another. you will feel a bit lethargic in the morning but get up, cold shower, eat a small meal and get some sunlight. do this 2-3 days in a row

Set an alarm for the time you want to be in bed, not the time you want to fall asleep. When it goes off, treat it as a signal that bedtime has started. Keep snoozing it if you have to, but don't turn it off until you're actually lying in bed ready to sleep. The goal is to make getting into bed at that time non-negotiable, because once the habit of being in bed on time is built, falling asleep on time becomes much easier.
