How to stop crippling anxiety without losing hair and going looksmin in general?

I have this crippling anxiety which basically makes me feel nausea whenever i go somewhere public. So far what was helping me with it was antidepressants, however i think they are the reason why i started shedding so much hair. So i want to ask, which antidepressants cause least damage to my hair, if there isn't really one then what drugs can i take to reverse the hair loss? RU58841?
