? This makes little to no sense ? Unless you lack blood flow, minerals and what your hair uses to grow to my knowledge long hair won’t make the balding worse and doesn’t cause it either. And, even worse, when hair is short one doesn’t notice the extent of the balding. If this was legit it would have probably been noticed back in like 300 ad or some shit and everyone would be doing it now.

external hair is formed by dead cells, the alive part of the hair, the follicle, is under the skin and doesn't know the length if the hair
