How to stop self-sabotaging myself?

Has anyone got rid of their self sabotaging behaviors? And how did u do so? How can i stop hating myself so I can stop my rot tendencies, I get how I got here, ive been treated like trash my whole life and shit, but how can I stop these trash habits and actually become a better person

and be autistic as fuck, about breaking good habits with cope excuses
