Place a sponge between youe forehead and the plate and start doing neck curls.

If you are interested in my neck lifts, I curl 20kg (44lb) for 50 reps

How do you curl? Lie down on your back and lower head down then up again? Or do you lie on your stomach and curl it that way?

I'm only interested in getting a thicker neck when seen from the front. Sides and back is already thicc
