How would topical minoxidil cause adipose tissue loss (aka fat loss)?

Bruh I read a few threads that using topical minoxidil will cause undereye hollowness. I couldn't find any evidence for this what so ever. What do ya'll think? I'm trying to eyebrowmaxx.

It said "Now for minoxidl. Its very very important to not apply it directly to your lashes. As this will NUKE your under eye area and cause fat lose that is irreversible and will make you look far worse."
