Spamming hydrocortisone isn't that serious, especially at only 1%. I be spamming my 2.5% just for my skin, not even for that nose thinning effect

Reduce the strength to .5 and avoid harsh environments like extreme cold. Applying all weekdays is mental, reduce it to around once per 2 days or optimally 3days. Now mark solution

I don't even have a routine, i just spam it one day when my skin flares up, and stop.

You won't get dependance, just apply 2-3 days apart from each application so your skin doesnt reject it. wipe it off after 15 minutes so you don't clog pores

Yes, technically this will work just as well. I will say that using every other day you might notice inflammatory acne or papules just because everyones skin reacts differently but more importantly use it consistently so you get results. You probably don't need the week break btw but no problem if you decide to do that
Don't apply it over the bridge of the nose though just a quick tip

Im getting on taz soon thatd deinflamate my nose as well. May not need it once i get clear skin tbh idk for now ill use it
