Lateral raises are the best exercise for building impressive body, I do lat raises every single day, every gym session I do them as dropsets, supersets, cables, dumbbells. My fantasy is boundless. Don't be a pussy in this exercise, go heavy and try out all of its variations, and your shoulders will respond quickly. You will mog most of the gym because 95% gymcels dont train shoulders enough and have funny physiques with huge arms and chest and non-existent deltoids
