I am eating legit 5000 calories a day and cant weigh more than 73 kg

Please don't be a delusional lean guy that just never eats enough post images of your food tomorrow you can find out if your truly eating it. I eat 2900 kcal a day that's enough for me at 200 pounds

Snail metabolism is great i run daily and eat right but if i have a bad day the weight shows. For you it's the opposite you have to force feed and still can't put on weight or larping about amount of food consumption like how lards cry about metabolism

For dinner I ate four beef patties with 1L of milk and rice that was 2800 calories lmao

Bench / squat / deadlift 1rm ?
Dont do the latter two as I don't train legs at all, bench was 100 kg for 1 rep and I think I could do more but I had shoulder pain and I don't even do it anymore due to it. I do lateral raises 30 kg for 12 reps, also upright rows 100 kg 10 reps, bent over rows 110 kg 8 reps

processed food combined with lack of movement. It's not rocket science skinny fags literally just don't eat enough the stomach has shrunk to the point them being full is so low kcal they are a fucked up perception of how much to it.

I will take the bait, in every single human study thats was done on metabolism for decades since the 60's, the conclusion off all meta-analysis given controlled factors like the cohort having similar ages and normally functioning thyroid, the average TDEE of humans can vary UP TO -200/+200 calories.

Because 2000 calories is taken as a default for a grown 20yo male, this means that in extreme cases some guy will have a TDEE of 1800 and the other one will have a TDEE of 2300.

Lets say OP has the extreme good metabolism rate od 2300 TDEE, if he did a 1 hour lifting session this losses 200 calories, so he's TDEE now is 2500. That means he would need to eat around 2800 calories to gain 1kg of weight monthly.

If he is legit eating 5000 calories, that would get him at a 2500 caloric surplus which would mean he would get 8kg of weight gain per month

Maybe your just doing too much. If your progressing weekly for lifts just let it be what it is you have a low bf% and need to find foods that will stack up high kcal count with low effort.

add 500kcal to your intake and do that until the scale moves, it's simple, why are you telling us?

I do high volume each set to failure RPE 10 training, so I am progressingly overload every week

I don't have this issue. I gained 20lbs in a couple months eating 3000-6000kcal everyday

Consume vegetable juice spinach broccoli green apple and I don't remember what else. But what happens here is that you have a very fast metabolism and you have to calm it down. To reassure him I recommend the green juices I mentioned and supplement with a lot of magnesium and potassium then you come for 1 week and tell me how it went

Are you actually counting calories? Unless you have a physical demanding job, which you probably don't, 5k calories should turn you obese in the long run, the other alternative is hyperthyroidism, or some kind of gut problem.
I read that you are 17, that's the problem, you are subhuman, at that age you need to eat all you can and more, probably growing something still.
