4 eggs/day
400 grams of meat, usually chicken or beef.
some fruit whatever is available, usually strawberries, kiwi, bananas.
tomato salads with onion
cheat-day once a week with pizza,pancakes or something else. Usually 1-2 bottles of wine too.

Libido is lower too. Used to masturbate 3-4 times/day. Now it's 1-2 times/day. Low interest in putting my subhuman ass on dating apps again.
