I literally cannot gain weight no matter how hard I try, even if I try I only gain like 0.4lbs a week it’s destroying my body being 99lbs at 6ft idk what to do anymore

I need to eat 2,200 a dayyou are not capable escaping the laws of physics. To gain weight, you must be in a caloric surplus (consume more calories than you burn in a day), you aren't even tracking how much calories you normally eat. Find out your maintenance calories, then add 300 calories to that daily amount, you will gain weight.

That’s a lot of food? When I try to bulk I usually eat double of that but I still don’t gain shit. I drink like 3 or 4 ensures a day and then eat chicken breast and three eggs and then drink a protein shake with milk and oatmeal and ice cream and peanut buttermaybe u have hyperthyroidism
but i would eat to the point where I vomited at night a few times because of how full I was when I first started bulking 7 years ago. not smart but that's the effort it took for me.
i forgot how i would eat and this is def not the right approach but iirc, my meal plan was something like this in high school:
breakfast: 3 scoops mass gainer or protein, 2 poptart packets (4 total).
go to school
lunch: turkey sandwich, pb and j sandwich
pre workout before gym: coffee w/cream and sugar and 2 pastries
dinner: protein with some sort of carb (chicken and potatoes, pasta and ground beef, fish and rice, etc).
snack: cookies and coffee
supper: tuna sandwich on bagel
before bed: more junk like cookies and a decaf coffee with cream/sugar
i'm pretty sure i developed atherosclerosis from eating like this and not doing cardio and it may have contributed to my insane breakouts. but listen, at least i was the fattest and one of the stronger kids in HS.
follow that Alan Thrall diet that I posted earlier man, its better. u wanna be healthy too.

My TDEE is 1,800 calories and I currently eat around 1,300you only need a caloric surplus of 250-300 calories to have slow quality weight gain. If you go over a 500 calorie surplus, you are one your way to becoming a bloatcell real quick. Make sure that you are working out, so that the extra calories are supporting muscle growth and not just gonna end up as fat.
