I literally cannot gain weight no matter how hard I try, even if I try I only gain like 0.4lbs a week it’s destroying my body being 99lbs at 6ft idk what to do anymore

you are not capable escaping the laws of physics. To gain weight, you must be in a caloric surplus (consume more calories than you burn in a day), you aren't even tracking how much calories you normally eat. Find out your maintenance calories, then add 300 calories to that daily amount, you will gain weight.

make/buy weight gainer smoothies. Get the myfitnesspal app and start tracking your macros to make sure you are on a caloric surplus. You are not trying hard enough....

but i would eat to the point where I vomited at night a few times because of how full I was when I first started bulking 7 years ago. not smart but that's the effort it took for me.
i forgot how i would eat and this is def not the right approach but iirc, my meal plan was something like this in high school:

breakfast: 3 scoops mass gainer or protein, 2 poptart packets (4 total).
go to school
lunch: turkey sandwich, pb and j sandwich
pre workout before gym: coffee w/cream and sugar and 2 pastries
dinner: protein with some sort of carb (chicken and potatoes, pasta and ground beef, fish and rice, etc).
snack: cookies and coffee
supper: tuna sandwich on bagel
before bed: more junk like cookies and a decaf coffee with cream/sugar

i'm pretty sure i developed atherosclerosis from eating like this and not doing cardio and it may have contributed to my insane breakouts. but listen, at least i was the fattest and one of the stronger kids in HS.

follow that Alan Thrall diet that I posted earlier man, its better. u wanna be healthy too.

That’s a lot of food? When I try to bulk I usually eat double of that but I still don’t gain shit. I drink like 3 or 4 ensures a day and then eat chicken breast and three eggs and then drink a protein shake with milk and oatmeal and ice cream and peanut butter

you only need a caloric surplus of 250-300 calories to have slow quality weight gain. If you go over a 500 calorie surplus, you are one your way to becoming a bloatcell real quick. Make sure that you are working out, so that the extra calories are supporting muscle growth and not just gonna end up as fat.

My TDEE is 1,800 calories and I currently eat around 1,300

means to be at a caloric surplus try to eat 2100 calories (300 calories more than your tdee) , make sure you eat atleast 0.8g - 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight, fats should be 25-35 %, remaining can be carbs. What's your weight ?

you only eat 1300 calories? JFL thats why you arent gaining weight. eat at least 2500 a day then come back and talk.

whatever foods are your favorite to eat, eat alot of that so it will help increase it, also get some exercise to. Eating small snacks throughthe day will help too

Do you seriously think you can gain like fucking 5lbs of muscle a week? 30lbs of actual muscle is INSANE in a year and the more you train the less you’ll gain. People who say they gained like 50lbs in a year of muscle are either fat, roiding, both or lying to you

Do you lift weights?

I was a ~60kg skeleton when i was young, eating all day. Yes i was THIN as hell.

I started lifting weights. 6 months after i stepped on a scale and i was 67 (during the day, on clothes).

After a bit more than a decade, i was at 86 last week just after waking up and toilet, without clothes.

So yes, you can gain weight. You just have to stimulate your body for growth, otherwise it will settle until 30 when you start getting fat.

OP looks like a girl and is thin asf. steroids can only do him good. If he is worried about his hair he can use finasteride with them so the DHT produced by the test will be minimized.
