I started back at uni today (first day the college is open since last month), walked into class, started taking notes then I looked around and it hit me. A college is bound to have many good looking young women, yet I literally cannot talk to them. I’m incapable of even holding a basic conversation with NT men (normies), when it comes to females it’s like speaking a different language.

Shortly after I walked into class some girl tried speaking to me (as much as I am mentally an incel, I dress like a normie so she probably has mistaken me for some sort of NTfag) and I couldn’t say anything. All I could say was my name like some spastic or retard who was never socialised. How on earth are any of us expected to get sexual success when we literally cannot talk? Allow me to repeat myself: we are incapable of speaking with who we want, besides a very simple basic one sided conversation.

It’s beyond me why this gets denied when this impacts all of us. Regardless of face, height, location or whatever, if you can’t even talk or have one interest at all with the vast majority of women it’s over for you. Even more over for me where I live in a country full of ugly ntfags, and despite me mogging most of them physically, mentally I am beyond fucked just like you if you are reading this so I’m incel despite the good ratings I received.

Yh you can if your anxiety has a mental origin. If it's physiological like you have messed up hormones, bad gut, and ext then they just gonna act as a bandaid. Like ssri. But if it's mental then its probably the best neurotropic in the market because of 0 side effects and no tolerance build-up if you use it every 3-4rd day.

You have to figure out the origin of your anxiety. Mine was from a bad gut microbiome. Suffered from candida+ sibo for 10 years without even knowing. "cyplox tz" completely cured me. Smb can have messed up hormones and thyroid.

If it's just mental then microdosing shrooms+ exposure therapy is the best way to rewire the brain.

The conclussion is that if you wanna have success in dating as a man you have to be the full package. Looks, personality and successful career at the same time.
