I’m at around 300lbs. I tried cutting my meals to 2 times instead of 3 times (eating the same amount in those meals as before), while replacing some of it with more protein sources. This would decrease my calories by around 30-40%. I also started going to the gym 6 times a week to lift for hypertrophy.
And what were my results? I didn’t lose a single fucking pound. Fuck this shit, I’m just going to rope and end this subhuman body’s existence at this point. There’s no point of even trying anymore when I know I’m not getting anywhere. This is the end, fuck my life. It’s ovER.
