Okay I see, that one meal might not be a perfect 1/3rd tho.I didn’t track calories. I just ate the same as before, but removed 1 of the meals I ate in the day. I just assumed that would cut the calories by 1/3.
You eat the same thing everyday? what probably happend is you increased the amount you eat on the other 2 meals. I think it's fine if you eat the same things you did before. Have you considered a food diary or something similar?
