I failed to lose a single pound in the last 4 months (time to rope)

I didn’t track calories. I just ate the same as before, but removed 1 of the meals I ate in the day. I just assumed that would cut the calories by 1/3.

You eat the same thing everyday? what probably happend is you increased the amount you eat on the other 2 meals. I think it's fine if you eat the same things you did before. Have you considered a food diary or something similar?

I don’t make my own food, so I didn’t increase my intake. I haven’t done a food diary because I am lazy and would just not do anything at all if it requires that much work.

that video I send is kinda interesting. Basically, that guy had trouble losing weight and had some form of diabetes making him not lose weight after eating 1500 kcal. Also, people lose 1 a 2 kg of fat per week normally. So if you are 50kg overweight it takes weeks. So he used like 300mg a day 0 sides and he lost weight even though he was diabetic.

I do condemn using DNP but looking at the story if you are extremely overweight and your body is due to some medical error unable to lose weight it may be a viable option if you use DNP with caution.

i've used an app pfor the last month, being strict to not eat more than 1300 calories.
It just doesn't matter lol. My body is stuck

I'm trying anavar soon. Hopefully that helps.

After that, i'll have to try sub 1000 cals to shift some fat (i'm not huge or anything but have a good chunk of fat to lose)

Never been called 'fat' before in my life, but I certainly have fat to lose lol.

idk how do you do that in your country but you have to find out what exactly is causing this obvious health issue, there must be something wrong that will show up in your blood work

guess i'll just carry on for now, but it's been nearly a month.
I do plan to start taking drugs to help though
(heard of 'anavar' earlier that sounds like it could help, and also 'clen')

Eventually i'll have to try sub 1000 cals though if still nothing

I haven't always been so strict but last month or so I log it onto an app. I even try to eat things in packets so I know exactly how many calories i'm getting and don't have to estimate etc

I only drink zero calorie soft drinks and coffee (with milk) with a sweetner. I actually DONT count the coffee, but i'm guessing it can't be more more than 50 calories for a few cups (coffee, water, splash of milk, zero cal sweetner pill)

i will start doing it, but it's literally a splash of milk, like 4-5 times per day.
So maybe instead of 1300 calories, i'm actually eastin 1350 or something?
still super low calories and way less than i need to maintain?

edit: apparently there's 6 calories in a coffee with milk how i make it

nicotine+caffeinemax while doing intermittent fasting + gym and you will shred weight insanely fast. You will risk getting addicted to nicotine though but it works

Im not going to read all that, but all you need to do is eat less.

Ive been eating around 1200 calories, and have lost 8 kg in the last month and a half, I have also lost like no muscle at all, as I've been taking HGH peps.

You fatties have it so easy. You have a lot of options to choose from:

- intermittent fasting
- actual fasting for days, even weeks at a time
- ketogenic diet / low carb diet. You can still eat a shit ton, but the right things

Putting yourself in a caloric deficit by cutting out meals isn't going to do it long term.

At your weight, you could literally live off of micronutrient supplements (like vitamin pills) and absolutely nothing else because your excess fat will provide the calories. It seems like your problem is not having tasty food. Just chew gum 24/7 and drink water and your cravings will reduce.

fasting for a year

Well obviously, my point was that it is super easy to lose weight at your bodyfat level. Just diet normally (1000+ cal deficit), and your fat will make up the difference of calories.
