I feel REALLY good after eating healthy large amount of carbs and salt

I feel like utter shit make no mistake if I eat garbage refined carbs covered in salt like fries, fast food, potato chips, you know the types of shitty food I’m talking about.

But every lunch lately I’ve been eating 4 big ass pieces of soft brisket with a side of green beans and holy hell this shit is good. The next day I’m definitely a little more puffy faced from all the salt but my body feels so fucking good. I feel like I could bench like 250 LB right now. Probably not worth the water retention but fuck me man it feels good.

Brisket = protein and fat not carbs im confused af
Green beans =no/very low carbs
