No wonder my bones vanished. I am literally at 83.5kg right now. I was around 72kg or less 1 week ago. Wtf is this water retention. I've never gained so much water weight in my life. I mean yeah I am overeating carbs. But sodium intake is nothing crazy and still... I included a face pic for comparison. I looked fucking huge in the gym. My biceps and triceos were same size as my skull. Jfl.
