I gained mostly water weight like 10 pounds but I'm not even trying to bulk so it'd probably be a lot more. I do notice I can get way leaner on it though when I'm in a deficit and low carb. I haven't noticed any increase in height granted my plates are likely fused and I only take 12.5mg a day. You shouldn't expect much in terms of muscle growth from mk677.
