For my fellow gymcels and SBLcels out there, could anyone lend a hand?

I was doing U/L at 3x frequency with 6 sets to 0 RIR per week, but I hadn’t progressed on a single lift in months.

I’m going to experiment by going down to 2x frequency and 4 sets to 0 RIR per week, but I feel like that’s atrophy tier.

Any recommendations or input?

if you were truly science based you would know that science says steroids make you progress alot

I do train hard, 0 RIR. I just haven’t been progressing and my other factors are dialed in so I believe it has do something with my volume, frequency, or RIR

try 1rir and keep the volume
pick 1-2 exercises for each muscle groups and do 1 set of each

you can also try intracarbs and 1rir on ur sets

Trying to find a recoverable amount of volume isn’t “trying to optimize every single fucking thing”. And yes, I’m aware that natty training is cope. I’ll be hopping on test once I’m able to

don't do it bruh, It's completely possible to get good physique natty.
Change frequency to 3-4 a week, 3 sets of 12 reps. Go very close to failure (you're probably not getting close enough to it, everybody makes this mistake).
Also serious results become noticeable every 3 month or so.
Obv get enough protein in too, but that's honestly overblown minmax bullshit, as most people make little gains because they don't push it hard enough. Creatine is also overblown, water retention causing looksmin too imo.

Roids will age you terribly (just look at clav, he's like 22 but looks 27 already), hasten your balding by 10 years (at least without serious dht suppression), possibly give you acne and up your blood pressure so much that your skin will turn red. It will also make you infertile too.
Huge looksmin in my opinion, when to get a good physique, all you have to do is train side delts well and everything else decently too and do that for 2 years.

Dudes don't turn into Derek from MPMD in a few months of sub-optimal training and believe they gotta hop on, like bruh this website has lost it's mind.

you said you were a sbl Im going to assume youre one of those guys who tries to optimize everything. I have made decent strenght progression while on a deficit doing a edited version of ppl (push pull legs rest push pull rest repeat), youre 6x a week ul is shit imo

It’s a possibility of those side effects, but not guaranteed. I think roids are worth it, not even just for the muscle aspect, but the potential effects it can have on the neck and masseter muscles. Has high potential for looksmaxxing purposes

only if you are one of those very few people who get mostly gains and almost no downsides.
Also if you have balding genes, hastening of balding is almost guaranteed from trt increasing, as more trt converts to more dht, which will make you bald ultrafast.

I was thinking just test only cycles of 300-500mg, surely that isn’t enough to turn into a norwoodcel innit?

if you have genes, it will hasten it, even just 25%-30% dht increase in scalp would be significant, because that's how much finasteride DECREASES dht, which extends hairline by decades sometimes.

Yeah, that’s my only issue with RIR. It’s genuinely hard to tell at times. 0 RIR is more fun and easier to gauge imo
and btw, I'm not natty or die. If you truly understand consequences, increase in dht and estrogen + higher blood pressure + infertility + acne + monetary loss, it is what it is. When I'm 50-60 year old, I'ma be on something legally too, just that not everybody gonna get that clav results.

more you blast trt, more duta you will need.
Also duta itself has it's own negative effects that sometimes don't show up for months, though in my 50s, if I blast, I'ma dutamaxx too, no hair, no life.

It is my second language. As for test thing, yes, it will increase dht and estrogen massively and give decent amount of people gyno and early visit from norwood reaper.
