For my fellow gymcels and SBLcels out there, could anyone lend a hand?

I was doing U/L at 3x frequency with 6 sets to 0 RIR per week, but I hadn’t progressed on a single lift in months.

I’m going to experiment by going down to 2x frequency and 4 sets to 0 RIR per week, but I feel like that’s atrophy tier.

Any recommendations or input?

I think a cycle of test and a cut afterwards would propel you to near ideal
I did run 12iu of gh for 3-4 months although I think i made more progress while natty lmao, i think the super high dose was giving me a slight insulin resistance which was making my progress slower than being natty during that time

Mirin, how was your experience on GH aside from the gym?

if u wanna take gh for purely gym reasons dont do a dose as high as I did, a lower dose will boost gains while a higher dose may do the opposoite

I have the same exact mindset as you jfl

Did the bloat affect your success with women?
like my friends now have really bad photos of me since I did my main gh blast at my peak gymcel bulk so I was looking very fat in the face :lul:, the bloat def could affect ur success with women, it can make you seem overweight ig

also im gonna maybe start my gh cycle once im almost done my cut so that it actually helps me for the reasons I want to do it and to make my face less bloated
