My area is changing rapidly , but my city is on the edge of the Bible Belt. Actually we have several TV evangelists from my state. My state is very divided culturally. Up near DC it's like a completely different state, with people from all over, who probably don't read the Bible much. But just a little South and west of it and it's very Bible Belt!

One of our cities, Lynchburg, is the 3rd most Bible reading city in the nation. I see a lot of crosses along the highway and signs that say "Get right with Jesus!" We got Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell..

I was just wondering if I grew up with a different attitude because of my regional upbringing , rather than my age. A girl from New York messaged me online and I told her I was from Virginia, and she said.. oh, the Bible Belt? I said, not exactly. But yeah, we are kind but now we have Liberal take over. So I don't know what we will be, lol.
