Currently 64-63kg with 175cm height but I dont have any abs visible which means I still have extra fat overmy body.

your normal bmi tho, not too off, maybe 2-6 kg lose then check again, it could be you have small frame so you weigh less because of that

Yeah thats is bugging me a bit. I can loss 4kg... but do you think there is huge frame difference between 60kg-64kg? I dont want kid tier body after leaning.

you need big traps to have big neck i do a lot of neck curls but my neck is still small because i have small traps
