I need food that's high in protein to prevent muscle loss,but is also low cal so i can cut.

I gained some muscle mass since beginning to gymcel,but i really need to cut at this point.
I don't want to lose muscle so eating a certain amount of protein is vital.What food should I cook/buy?
I fasted and did crash diets for the first couple of kilograms (from 92 to 85) but the other 10kilos i want to lose on a legit diet.
This is my body right now.I think 10 kilos will be enough,but i could need to lose more,i'll see when im done.



btw cooked food would probably be better imo,thats probably what im gonna go for,since i have the time.

I'd do a lean meat diet with fiber.
