You prepare yourself psychologically and force yourself to wake up super early one morning, perhaps by setting an alarm at half past 6 or 7 am on your phone, turning the alarm volume all the way up and leaving the phone on your desk so you actually have to get up to turn off the alarm when it rings. You'll naturally start feeling seriously tired a lot earlier than usual, therefore you will necessarily go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier, consequently.

The most difficult part is refraining from falling asleep throughout the day because. That will nullify your efforts, obviously.

Drink something with a very high caffeine concentration like some energy drink goyslop shortly after waking up. That'll help and it won't cause you issues when it's bedtime as the half-life of caffeine is different for everyone but can't be more than 7 hours.

i don’t think caffeine in general would help 😖
 
I sleep at like 5-6 AM every day
