haha yea man im starting to drink more than eat which probably isnt good but ay
drink mainly white monster, lucozade, water, smoothie cartons :feelsyay:
I almost never drink water. Just today I had half a cup. :HUHH: We don’t have Lucozade here or Gatorade. We have Powerade though haha. :KEKLEO:
 
im not even trying to get like those big ass bodybuilding freaks of nature. I can't even leanmax because of how slow I build muscle while even on a bulk. I'm probably just gonna run a cycle of test and maybe more in the future just for the muscle. its like a subhuman getting surgery just to be seen as a normie and treated like human.

That’s not going to be enough for the exercises my best friend says I should do. He’s got the knowledge so I go with what he says. Our public parks don’t have gym equipment haha. Plus it’s too cold for me to be running outside, it’s freezing weather. I prefer a gym now since it’s warm indoors.

Thank you! Yes, I have a long way to go. No idea how people pull this off consistently. It’s way more difficult than it sounds, just doing those workouts. Seems easier when you look at it.

That’s definitely brootal… my friend started at an early age, he was 14 and he’s 30 now. He’s been working out for more than half of his life, so he knows his shit. But aside from that, he’s also got an exceptional body, his fat storing genetics are almost nonexistent and he’s lean, ripped. But hey, at least you mog them facially. I don’t mog shit but I don’t mind.

My mom makes it. I haven’t worked out since Christmas but I’m going to the gym again on monday. I just stopped my diet which was like 1000kcal per day, almost only protein. I just dropped my bodyfat a little bit altough I was already pretty lean.

Right, so you don’t count your calories. Mirin. I don’t think I could do that, especially because I’d just end up going way below my requirements since I’m not smart enough to figure it out. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to track my calories now, mainly just food though.

Yeah, it’s better to count calories. I’m tracking my weight and progress at the gym tho, so if something doesn’t seem right i can just start tracking my macros.
