true, forgot about that.

Maybe 75 idk, but usually a good body weight is always around the number of centimeters of you height, for example:

I’m 167, I weight 64kg at roughly 15% (which is good, but would be better if was 64kg at 10%

If you are 183, the close to 80kg should be good.

between 21 and 23 ffmi is ideal
so 172- 188 lb at 6'0 10% bf

Depends. Some can have heavy thick bones and Wide Frame which will add lots of weight. Plus Pure Muscle Mass Matters too.

For Example these Two are the same height 5'11 however first weights 135 Lbs (61 Kg) and second 251 Lbs (114 KG), The Weight Difference is Huge AF. IMO Opinion the perfect weight for 5'11-6'1 is 165-176 Lbs (75-80 KG), in this weight he won't look skinny, but he must be lean 12-14% Pure Muscle mass not dirty fat mass

I would say 165 - 190 lb
5'11 175lb guy will look a lot more jacked than 6'1 165lb guy if both are lean

190 lbs in 12% BF Range is Extremelly difficult to achieve for 6'1, he either must be Genetic Athletic Freak or Competitive Bodybuilder on Roids. Or in worst case Dirty Bulked Fat Retard. Believe me I'm 6'1 and I'm pretty strong and decent size for my height, I bench press 330 Lbs and squat 440 lbs. But If I'm 190 lbs Bodyweight I'm Fat Af and have little belly. In 12% BF I'm 165 Lbs. So 165-176 lbs is Perfect

I'd assume that gettingn to a certain FFMI is going to be just as difficult for a tall and average height guy. Are you suggesting its harder for a 6'1 guy to reach 23 ffmi (194lb) than for a 5'10 guy (177lb)?
I bench press 330 Lbs and squat 440 lbs. But If I'm 190 lbs Bodyweight I'm Fat Af and have little belly. In 12% BF I'm 165 Lbs. So 165-176 lbs is Perfect

Both are difficult to achieve. Back in the times when I thought bigger no matter what is good, I used to dirty bulk, sure in clothes I looked impressive and many my friends said that I look jacked af, however my Face was Round AF, it was so bloated, I was ghosted by all women. Many Mans make this mistake and they get fat in order to be big as possible, but it's Male Gaze. No matter if you are 143 or 154 lbs at 12% , it's still 100% better than being dirty bulked 187 lbs. Stick to your True 12% BF bodyweight and gain True Pure Functional Masclue Mass, and don't lie to yourself that you mustn't be so small bodyweight, because you'll have fat

Yeah lean and skinny is way better than fat and strong
I am 157lb at 5'11 right now and intend to cut to 10% bf, then bulk and cut to be >170lb at 10%.
