I have a fairly narrow pallet, slightly recessed chin, no cheekbones, a maxilla that ideally should be pushed out more forwards, bad under eye support And a jaw that's a little on the narrower side.

I know absaloutly nothing about braces apart from the fact that they have different types that can do different things.
Anyone know much about braces?
which flaws can be fixed by braces and which ones can't?
What was your experience with braces and what did you see Improved?

If you're getting braces I heard you should get the ones that push forward instead of inwards

Can't afford surgeries and the government wouldn't pay for them in 1000 years so braces are my best bet.
Can you go into more detail on the Herbst appliance and facemask?
