Op, instead of shitting on people try and educate them, I like the idea of the thread and I think it has some truth to it honestly roids won't magically add 2 psl points like some people think but you can definitely use them to your advantage.

Roids can't change your facial structure that's genetic, but what roids can do in my opinion is amplify your structure and features, so I wouldn't really recommend someone with a bad starting point hop on roids right away before addressing basic stuff and trying basic softmaxx.
