If you use the word harmony to describe beauty

Harmony dictionary definition:
the quality of forming a pleasing and consistent whole.

So basically, saying that a guy’s face is harmonious =
His face looks good because his facial features form a pleasing image when they come together

In other words: His face is pretty because when you put everything together it looks pretty.

In other words again: he is pretty because he is pretty.

A complete plain and hollow statement that sounds fancy with the word “harmony”

Using the word harmonious isn’t saying anything useful or intelligent. You’re just stating the obvious and not providing any reason to back it up. Might as well say: “He just looks good, IDK why”

Exactly my point. It’s the same as saying “He just looks good and IDK why”.

That’s why I think that instead of saying harmonious we should strive to figure it out what is it exactly that is making this effect and to put it into words.
