I was reading about injectable vitamin d and it's benefits. It's a good looksmaxx tbh and it's superior to oral supplementation. I asked my pharma plug if they had ampules of vit d and then niggas did. You're supposed to do one of these injections every 3-4 months or something but I'll do 2 jfl. That'll be 600 000 UIs of vid d in total. Might be too much but idgaf
