You know I quit during the years of 2018 - 2023, and it was awesome. I will say, you need to be kinda alone and have a goal. I'm actually going to start tomorrow. The best way to do it is just delete it the night before and try to cancel all cues of you downloading it again and have a reason to stop and to go after your goals or any other better leisure like watching a good movie, book, walking, hiking, etc.

Yes this site too, I mean I’ve already Accend from L/MLTN to HMTN/LHTN so I don’t really need it. + I don’t care for social skills all the much
