You could dislocate your legs. then you have to go to a hospital. You may not even notice at first since your joints may just pop out and you may not notice.

If you are a pussy then I suggest pls don't do anything rather don't even go outside home maybe who knows you get murdered
I tried this for 2 months only thing happened was 0.7 cm gain
There are guys who do this for entire night still don't get that injured ..

My frame isn’t bad I am just emanciated (12%bf but bloated from bulk, 142 lb up from 135)

Yes I am keeping it slow weak my riskiest lift is prolly ohp but I only do 65 lb maxx I’ll keep it there for now

It doesn't really do anything, you're supposed to run and jump vigorously to cause micro-fractures, then put weights on your legs and let them dangle, to keep the micro-fractures open so new bone tissue would grow in, but I doubt it would work, your joints will take all the impact forces and you might have trouble with them later in life, it happens to many professional athletes who run and jump.
