3: Germany needed help from Russians simply just to defeat poland
4: Germany had no navy, That means Germany could not hit anyone oceans away.
5: berlin was conquered by Russians, it was literally torched to ground.
6: German airforce completely failed against the USAF.
7: only 30k US Marines KIA, and they conquered half of Europe, coming from oceans away.

Germany made a massive mistake by letting the British evacuate freely from Dunkirk, they could've killed them off right there right then but didn't. But yeah, you could attribute that to poor leadership.
They were also heavily compromised by being forced to strike the Soviet Union preemptively as the Soviets themselves were planning to invade Western Europe in July of 1941 (look up Operation Thunderstorm).
This was also the reason why the Soviets did so badly in the initial stages of the war because they were preparing for an offensive war, not a defensive one.

Also, the Japanese were defeated by the Soviets both in 1939 and 1945. In the latter, the Soviets conquered all of Manchuria and Northern Korea in less than 2 weeks.
