after fuse kinda impossible i think
close to fusion then yes just do everything you can to encourage growth
for temporary, keep in mind you're taller in the morning than at night and I've heard of ways to maintain your morning height all day
also posturemaxx, literally make sure nothing in your body is reducing your height at all, even flat feet can make you a tiny bit shorter, LL if you REALLY care
