there's no way to know for sure. it's like with acne after taking testosterone. some people only develop it after hardcore cycles and using more harsh compounds, some people will get severe cystic acne after trt dose.
there's a chance you will fuck up your proportions and it might also not affect it at all

I think it's grown slightly but in proportion with my skull and other features, it's always been big and I didn't realize until this site fucking blackpilled me

my nose grew from hgh aromasi nand mk like crazy went from prettyboy nose sloped nose to masculine straight nose it's not jew but its not prettyboy i a m gonna get rhino for my old nose tho
good thing my nose didnt just grew my bones did too and got taller so it waz wurth it
