For me at least

Eliminates my hunger completely while optimising hormones

Wake up at 5, gymcel at 6 but wont eat until 9-10am and stop eating at 5-6pm

I have two meals per day, 1000 calories each, perfect food with perfect macros

I eat whatever the fuck I want and I never go more than 65 kg at 6ft, I also have decent muscles.

same i only have 2 big meals and working like a charm

Ive become one of those goofy people obsessing over their Strava stats. I burn 446 calories approximately running 7KM every morning. Only way for me to be in a calorie deficit when food taste the way it does

I find Strava severely overestimates calories burned

Nah not really tbh, I'm in bed by half 8 anyway. I wake up and I'm not even hungry, only time I get a little hungry is maybe 2-3pm when it's been a while since my first meal

Eating usually makes me tired as fuck and unproductive

How about "water" fasting? Zero calories for 10 days except diet energy drinks. How fast will that go?

because if u workout while fasting after 15 minutes you will start getting energy from your muscles due to being the fastest energy source

i fast from 8pm to ~1pm and I go for a walk in the morning instead of doing some higher intensity activity

I find Strava severely overestimates calories burned
Im not wearing a garmin. You burn approximately 440 calories at my weight if you run 7K at my pace so it’s +/- 25 calories in actuality.

All the weight will return when you don"t fast anymore (even worse)

Also fasting destroy muscle
 
Have I been technically doing intermittent fasting all my life if I pretty much never eat breakfast?

I'm on OMAD with calorific deficit myself, and I walk 8 to 10km daily. When the evenings are warmer I'll run too.

Caffeine, electrolytes
And u have carbs in ur system if u ate them prev day
Still it would be more optimal if he ate carbs few hours before workout
