I do push pull legs pull, pull 2x a week one strength day one hypertrophy day since my chest grows easily, only incline movements on push days.whats ur routines? are you on peds?

Yes because I spent an entire year doing bench 3x a week for strength training which made my lower chest mog my upper chest and have since switched to only incline movements. That's why I made the first post saying upper chest musculature is critical in a good physique and that's what I'm focusing on now.you can literally see the clavicles
