i just run ppl - but in practice its more ppappl. half a kg chicken in a day for protein. im 6'3 ~185lbs in the pic. natty asf as u can sadly tell.

i got lucky with v taper genetics but i look like shit with shirt off unless im 5% bf i dont get ab definition until my face looks like a skeleton.

overtrain tf out of your delts and tricep long head bro.

mensmaxxing said to train delts as 1st priority and another user had frame ascension from prioritizing them. im probably 20% bf so im being hard on myself but i am progressing. what you do for delts? i do lat raises machine and overhead db press

honestly my no 1 tip to anyone for hypertrophy is to try training high - its insane how much it helps with mind muscle connection. like i could get a delt pump from just doing raises with my phone.

i usually do db lat raises but some machine raises are really good too - i switch depending on mood. oh and cable raises one hand is my fav - u can kinda lean in a way that u feel tension right from the bottom to top and squeeze at the top. honestly i just love any form of lat raises lol its my favorite pump too.

i usually superset one of my lat raises with rear delt flyes - also either db or cable.

i do like 45 degree incline press instead of shoulder press bc my rotator cuffs kinda fucked.

other chest work (bp, cable flyes) takes care of front delts.

I do push pull legs pull, pull 2x a week one strength day one hypertrophy day since my chest grows easily, only incline movements on push days.

I only take mk677

20 in that pic, 2 years gym.

i never got to a point where my abs looked good in pics, its the last place i lose fat and my face looks malnourished by then. maybe its because i only train them in compounds idk

most shirtless pics are 3/4 showing obliques.

Yes because I spent an entire year doing bench 3x a week for strength training which made my lower chest mog my upper chest and have since switched to only incline movements. That's why I made the first post saying upper chest musculature is critical in a good physique and that's what I'm focusing on now.
