No it isn’t, if you actually took on some months to bonesmash you will notice it is legit. It won’t magically transform your bones, but it will give you some more protrusion

Tbh I don't believe it will significantly change something , if you're born with narrow face , no ammount of bonesmashing will make your zygos be 15 inch , or jaw for that matter. For me personally , I believe it made my zygos and browridge more robust , but that's it , the wide face has always been there
