Is brow ridge prominence alone enough to cast a shadow over the eyes in certain lighting?

I mean a shadow like this:

Must your entire forehead be forwardly-projected like this guy?

Or could this guy have a shadow cast over his eyes due to his strong brow ridge bringing his nasion forward, "compensating" for his forehead even though his forehead is "recessed"?

Do you think he would have shadows if his supras were low set with the same prominence?

now that i take a second look, probably not. see difference in eyeball depth between him and the white guy above him? his eyes arent deep enough
