is denatured ethanol safe to apply to your scalp daily

im looking for an alternative of eveclear for my ru58841 solution. i found denatured 95% ethanol from a chemist shop but thats not for drinking

can i use that or is it any toxic?

from what i read i cant. will 75% alcohol from liquor store be enough. fk this shit tbh
