If you want to up your appeal straight away, absolutely.
Physical looks matter, we all know they do but I dislike this all-or-nothing mentality that's so prevalent here. Disregarding any form of nuanced opinion.
Fashion can (and does) play a significant role in how attractive you appear to the demographic you're trying to attract.
The average guy (in the eyes of women) is dressed like- well, garbage. As said above, just putting on some different fabrics puts you a notch above most guys.
All that without having to do intensive & intrusive surgical procedures.
For all the flack ''bluepilled'' looksmaxes get, they are often the ones that prove most meaningful to looksmaxxers.
Why? Because they're practical; they don't require months of preparation, huge financial investment, or weeks/months of recovery time.
