Is going on a cut bad for height growth?

use your brain, cut fucks muscle growth, you think bones will grow ?
 
A small cut for a month wont stunt your height if youre eating tons of meat/dairy and carbs
 
and also if your body is frequently in inflammatory state or ill.

I don't recommend intermittent fasting too, I've seen guys who fasted had stunted their growth while I continued growing
 
might be at max height. whats the reason to cut???
I have a pretty high bf bc I gymmaxed the whole last year but gained a lot of fat and muscle so now I want to look better facially and a great way is debloating and going on a cut

If you're fat, losing weight is fine, but you do not want to be lean through puberty.

Im not fat, Im 19% bf and If I go on a cut and cut down to 13% Ill look much better
 
you should end up 6'4 or 5 probably if you are just 16
Im 16yo and 3 months so yeah but I dont think I can get to that height Ive grown 2cm in the last 5 months but I may stunt my growth next year

Stop thinking of cutting as synonymous with losing weight. It's fine to lose weight, but like I said, you should not be thinking about being hyper-lean throughout puberty. I don't know your body so do what you think is best, but you shouldn't be starving yourself for a leaner face because it'll inhibit your development in the long run.

What I would do If I wanted to cut is I would go on 3000cals and do a lot of steps for 2 straight months, lets just say I go from 19% to 13% then I would keep the same steps but increasing the calories progressively, until I get to 3300 and I would be on maintainance or barely more, would that stunt my height a lot?

Idk about HGH bc I dont care, I wont hop on it unless its the only way ill grow on height

yeah good reason. jus eat whole foods ONLY don’t use cooking oils or sauces and eat when ur hungry stop when ur full

And how many calories? My maintenance or around that?
you dont really need to track if your already kinda fat, you only really need to be super low calories if your sub 15% bf trying to get lower than that. I'm a bit over 10% and I'm on 1600 a day loosing 1kg ish a week. don't track them just eat only three meals a day with whole foods WITH NO SAUCES OR OILS THAT SHIT KILLS UR CUT only use tobasco IMO. once ur sub 15% ask me about calories it jus depends on ur frame and height

butter is still high as fuck calories attempt to stick to a zero cal cooking spray(I personally don't) or a non stick pan with no oils
