Is going the the gym good or bad for growth?

Hello
Im 15 years old and im currently 5,5. I must grow I hate being small. Is going to the gym good or bad for my growth?
I go 3 times a week and do the normal gym workouts with machines and weights. Im not sure how this affects my growth.
I hope someone knows something about this thanks for Reading

Gym does not stunt growth, doing stupid shit like heavy squats can hurt you and damage the growth plates.

Muscular hypertrophy has little to no direct relationship with longitudinal growth, and you'll be fine

Yes the gym is good for you as GH is spiked at every compound lift don’t listen to the muh weights are bad for you

The research is not fully conclusive but most cientist agree that it doesnt stunt growth, just look that u EAT ENOUGH NUTRIENTS personally i would recomend u cheap organ meat that the butcher normally throws away because no one eats because that the best foods in terms of nutrients, antinutrients, helthy fats and so on.

Going to the gym is good for your growth if you Train Like a normal human being. Dont Lift to Heavy (so Heavy that you might Injure yourself) and Focus on Compound exercises Like squatting and deadlifting as These are good for growth.

But one of the most underrated ways to maximize ur growth besides food and sleep is being at an optimal bodyfat, in teens it fluctuates much more so the threashold of what is healthy is a lot smaller compared to adults u should be around 14 percent to avoid aromatizing ur test into estrogen as much as possible so NEVER BULK

Do u really think JORDAN BARRET ate bad food during develpment? + genetics matter and ive never said otherwise but then again, genetics are only the food that ur ancestors ate nigga look at the dinka who average 6 foot three

it is but i can only eat it raw like salmon or else it tastes like ass to me but pretty much every organ is good and organs are not needed. js dont eat to much because even though hypervitaminosis is jewish propaganda to much copper isnt.

yes any stress is bad for your body. heavy Workout = cortisol spike. high cortisol = low gh at night. YOUR BODY PRIORITIZES MUSCLE GROWTH INSTEAD OF BONE GROWTH BECAUSE OF THE UNREALISTIC GYM STRESS ON YOUR MUSCLES.
thinking lifting metal up and down will not stunt your growth is just brainwashing.

What about normal workouts with pull ups push ups dips and stuff like this or do you think growing muscle in General will give me less bone growth

as well as cortisol . and if your cortisol is constantly elevated =less nightly gh
and daily gh spikes from gym are nothing for gh. the only reason your body produces a gh spikes post workout is for muscle protein synthesis via igf-1. does nothing for height except harm

sprinting for legs. pushups. pullups. UNTIL you are satisfied with your height/development

man you shouldve never lifted weights really. i guess if you prioritize physique over height/frame. Does not mean you should sit all day tho. take walks / sprint. eat alot of meat

This is my physique rn I take Height over physique and before I started working out I read that it isnt bad for height thats why I started

nice but still. maybe do what i said. sprints for legs. push ups pull ups.
I stopped working out since then because I believe the whole time I used all my growth for muscles and not bones

Do you mean cooked or raw? because cooking kills some heat sensitive nutriens but if the quality isnt good I think there are toxins or other shit
