thought about that other than improving your body it does nothing except if you blast fucking roids for years and have low test for the rest of your life :soy:
 
JP's method is good, but naturally most people make a pyramid
The problem is that most people want to fail from the first set to the last.
Since the count is 1 set with 6/4 reps
JP method is enlightening whatever dr mike gave burnt me the fuck out and wasted my time, JP method = less brain fog after training(in my case) + recover by the time next session is being hit
