Rub coconut oil on hand (make sure it's high quality actual legit natural coconut oil), no nails, massage gently throughout to encourage blood circulation and hair growth. Make sure your hair is soft and shampooed well to not cause combining or hair damage. I also recommend using egg and extra virgin olive oil for natural conditioner, Leave on for 15 mins and wash off with Lukewarm water, not HOT or cold. Never wash with hot or very cold water for your hair.

Good thing I never use my nails when massagimg my hair and I also apply somewhat force when I massage my head slowly. I always take cold showers (not too cold though, like 60-65% cold and 35-40% warm I would say).

Don't apply too much force, and for cold showers try to only wash hair with Lukewarm water. I also highly recommend applying shampoo without sodium laureth, ones that are expensive but natural and have protein and rebuilding abilities. I use these for shampoo and conditioner.
