Is it normal to have subhuman FWHR and MFR in close-up selfies?

My midface is about 0.86 and my fwhr is 1.55 in selfies which are both death tier, does lens distortion only make a very minor change so that im still cooked or does it change A LOT?

I don't trust selfies. Always back-cam and inverted mirror vids.

Take pics 6 feet away from the camera.

Mirror selfies make your face look wider and selfies make it look longer

MFR gets distorted but only if your midface isn't 1.0.

FWHR gets heavily distorted - I have 1.7 FWHR in selfies but 1.9-2.0 FWHR anywhere else.

i see, so my fwhr should realistically be around 1.7-1.8? still a flaw but not subhuman at all imo
